Warranty & Exchange

1. Exchange

  • Subjected to approval
  • Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Fill in and submit the Contact Us form


2. Return

  • Fill in and submit the Contact Us form
  • Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Eligibility for Return
    • Must be unused
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging and sealed
  • Return Request Accepted
    • Returned products must be sent using a delivery method that allows tracking
    • Return in its original packing material
    • To reach us within 30 calendar days from dispatch
    • The cost of return transportation is at your expense
    • An examination of returned product will be conducted upon receipt
    • Successful cases will be offered either replacement of the item or refund (case by case)
  • C&S products are exempt from being returned
