1. Exchange
- Subjected to approval
- Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

- Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Eligibility for Return
- Must be unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging and sealed
- Return Request Accepted
- Returned products must be sent using a delivery method that allows tracking
- Return in its original packing material
- To reach us within 30 calendar days from dispatch
- The cost of return transportation is at your expense
- An examination of returned product will be conducted upon receipt
- Successful cases will be offered either replacement of the item or refund (case by case)
- C&S products are exempt from being returned
